The engagement is usually initiated by the Chief Executive Officer or the Search Committee Chairperson.

We are often retained after an initial internally-directed search has proven to be both frustrating and fruitless.

We start by being a bit tedious because the time we spend gathering and understanding insights at the headwaters of the assignment will yield big dividends downstream.

We conduct an independent and objective external assessment of your organization: profiling by industry, business strengths, customers served, manufacturing, sales and distribution processes, geographical dispersal and identifying the executive position’s responsibilities and compensation parameters.
